The Podcast is Back! And a Morning Prayer for You
Happy Tuesday my friends! Don’t have a long reflection for you this morning, just a few things on my mind and in my prayer:
- God has us exactly where He needs us to be – right here, right now. When we rest and rejoice in that, we can find a depth of peace that only comes from Him.
- Jesus saves the GOOD wine for us. He is generous. And Mary sees everything, and brings it all to Him – not just our needs, but our desires and wants. The little things matter to her, and they matter to Him.
- “The stillness of prayer is the most essential condition for fruitful action. Before all else, the disciple kneels down.” – St. Gianna Molla
- A morning prayer I’m loving:
Father,
yours is the harvest
and yours is the vineyard:
you assign the task
and pay a wage that is just.
help us to meet this day’s responsibilities,
and let nothing separate s from your love.
Grant this through Christ our Lord.
Amen
In Christ,
Jane

Season Two is HERE!
We are BACK and I couldn’t be more excited to a) be on the mic again and b) usher in season two with my bestie. Today, Erica and I wrap up 2021, share our words for 2022, and chat about our goals. We also explore the space between offering everything up to grace and working as if things depend on us, and talk a little bit about where The SundayMonday and the podcast are headed this year.
As we mention in the podcast, this season we’re going “back to basics” and I can’t wait to share our all-star lineup with you! Be sure to subscribe so you never miss an episode.

Dilbert’s Creator’s Career Advice
I read this article this week and really loved it. I think it’s a great perspective to have when considering how and where to expend our energy in our careers – enjoy!
Adoration
My beloved friends – find a time and place for Adoration this week. Kneel before Jesus and just let Him love you. You don’t have to bring anything or say anything or stay for long. Just go and see Him. So much of the fogginess and confusion of the world melts away when it’s just Him and us. If you can’t find adoration, slip into a church and just spend a moment. I never, ever regret a moment spent in quiet with Him.
Lean Back by Capital City Music
This song was on repeat all of last week during my interviews, and it brought me tremendous peace. Enjoy!
